This is so delicious, for real.
2 red bell peppers
4 avocados (unless you can find big ones, the ones we got were pretty small)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup rice wine
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp cumin
dash black pepper
Dice the mangos, bell peppers, and avocados and mix in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, whisk together rice wine, oil, cumin, and black pepper. Add the cilantro and the liquid mix to the large bowl and stir well.
Put it on everything, seriously.
